Kristina has been working this week with someone who has been screwed over by a contractor they trusted to help them run their business online. Our client doesn't love tech, and has no need to love tech - that's not what she's in business for.

We think that's rubbish - when our clients want to know how to do something, showing them only helps build a stronger working relationship and shows them they can trust us with their business.

And if our working relationship ever comes to an end as they sometimes naturally do, we'll make sure to hand over everything in pristine condition, with easy-to-follow instructions on how to take care of, and continue to grow, their business tech. We'll also make sure they know the door is always open if they ever need help figuring out something we set up for them.
